Why is Voting Important?
Voting is the most powerful tool we have! It’s how we choose the leaders who shape our schools, our healthcare, our economy, our rights, and our future. We’re not just checking a box; we’re claiming our voice. We’re saying, “My voice matters. My community matters. My future matters.” And in a system where too many decisions are made behind closed doors or by the wealthy and well-connected, your vote is a form of resistance, representation, and responsibility.
Elections decide everything from the cost of your medication to the quality of your kids’ education, the fairness of your paycheck, and the safety of your neighborhood. When we don’t vote, we leave those decisions to others — often those who do not have our best interests at heart.
Voting is how we hold power accountable — and how we build power of our own.
It’s not the finish line — it’s the starting point.
Whether it’s local, state, or national: VOTE!
